 This Agreement governs the terms by which members and clients of Mimosa Art House obtain the right to use physical Items, stock photographic, illustrations, animations, video, sunds, events, footage, and other media content provided by members of the mimosa.com portal through the web site located at www.mimosaarthouse.com (the “Site”).  

 This Agreement governs the terms by which artists provide any content to the Artist Portal, on a non-exclusive or exclusive basis through the web site (the “Site”) , and to other prospective purchasers through other distribution venues as provided for in this Agreement.  

 The following disclaimer by Mimosa Art House (“Company”/ ”AHAC”) is to all purchasers utilizing their online store. By completing the purchase process you as the purchaser certify you have fully read and understood this disclaimer and accept the terms.
