We are constantly looking for new artists whose work is characterized by having influences of the Brazilian culture. No matter where our artists are located, we bring their art to our store, therefore to the entire world. Our main requirement is to sell good quality art products, made by artists who prove to detain real influences of our art and culture.

Our store works with a specialized team working at the Quality Approval Center, which is responsible for evaluating and authorizing the registration of each artist and product in our site. Artists and art products which do not pass our approval are not accepted in our online store. We work with a three-step evaluation and approval methodology, which is designed to:

1st - Check the artists’ profiles and whether they fill the requirements of our store.

2nd - After the artists are approved, they are given permission to present us their art products. Our team checks the quality of the products and whether they fulfill our requirements. Only those who are approved will then be available online for our customers.

3rd - When physical art products are sold our Quality Approval Center is responsible for conducting the last evaluation before the products reach our customers. Therefore, the artists must send (by post or bringing it to AHAC) the art piece to us before any sale process and our team is responsible for evaluating the product and finally to be able and sending them by post to our customers. In case art products do not pass this last evaluation step, the sale stage is immediately canceled and if needed, the money returned to our customers (reservations). 

Note that virtual art products (to be purchased through downloads e.g.: music, videos, digital images) do not pass through the third step of evaluation.   Our aim is to provide our customers with a wide variety of products and at the same guarantee their quality.
