License Restrictions

We have developed three types of licenses, among which our artists may select when selling some products.
Below you will be able to understand more of their specific rules.

AHAC offers three types of licenses:

Personal Use License

Products with Personal Use License CANNOT be used for any commercial or editorial purposes. These files are only for personal and private usage.

They CANNOT be used in blogs, magazines, newspapers or any other sort of physical or virtual editorial or commercial source publicly accessible.

Personal Use Products can be used for example:

In personal Media Players
For personal decorative purpose
For personal reading

Editorial Use License

Products with Editorial Use License CANNOT be used for any commercial purpose.

They CANNOT be used as a background tool for advertising products or for any activity aiming direct financial compensation (e.g.: sections or supplements featuring brand or product names, or sections/supplements for which a financial compensation is received from a third party advisor or sponsor)

Besides personal use, Editorial Use Products can be used for example in:

Blogs
Magazines
Newspapers
Other sorts of physical or virtual Editorials without a commercial purpose.

 In any editorial use the following credit must appear as follows:"© mimosaarthouse.com"
Online or electronic publications (e.g.: web pages)  must use a maximum image size of 1200 x 800 pixels.

 
Commercial Use License

Products with Commercial Use License have almost unlimited reproduction permission, except for the following conditions:

They CANNOT be used:
- In any logo or trademark;
- If they depict model in a sensitive way (e.g.: mental or physical health issues, substance abuse, criminal behavior, sexual activity or preference without a disclaimer);

Sub-licensing, giving away, sharing or transferring stand-alone images/files are NOT allowed.

Besides personal and editorial use, Commercial Use Products can be used for example in:

Advertisements in newspapers, magazines, or other news sources
Web/digital advertisements
Printed promotional materials (e.g.: packages, catalogues, brochures, cards, postcards, posters, etc.)

Corporate or commercial films and presentations Books, CDs & DVDs covers or book's internal illustration content.

Items for resale, including prints, posters, calendars, mugs, mousepads, t-shirts, games, etc.
Electronic templates for resale on websites, brochures, business cards, e-greeting cards, etc.
